Article 2 – Prices of our creations

The prices of our handmade creations are indicated in euros including all taxes. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination. For international orders, customs duties may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer. Nuances de Laine reserves the right to modify its prices, but the price of your order will be the one in effect at the time of validation.

Article 3 - How to Place an Order

To place an order, simply select the items of your choice and follow the instructions on our website www.nuancesdelaine.fr. You can create a customer account to facilitate future orders or checkout as a guest. A summary of your order will be presented to you before final validation. Nuances de Laine reserves the right to cancel or modify an order in case of obvious error, product unavailability, or for any other legitimate reason. We will inform you as soon as possible of any changes.

Article 4 – Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale

By clicking on the "Validate my order" button on our website www.nuancesdelaine.fr, you acknowledge having read and accepted without reservation all of these general terms and conditions of sale. The order confirmation that you will receive by email will serve as a signature and acceptance of the purchase.

Article 5 – Payment Terms

To pay for your order, you can use a credit card (CB, Visa, MasterCard). Payments are secured by the Stripe platform, certified PCI DSS Level 1 (the highest level of security). Your bank details are encrypted and transmitted directly to Stripe. Neither Nuances de Laine nor we have access to this confidential information. For more information on Stripe payment security, please visit their website. To offer you the smoothest shopping experience possible, we also offer other payment options using PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. Whatever payment method you choose, your data is completely secure.

Article 6 – Returns and Refunds

You have a legal period of 14 days to withdraw without having to justify your reason. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw in writing. The products must be returned in their original packaging, complete and in perfect condition. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We will refund the amounts paid within 14 days of receipt of your return. The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products.

Article 7 – Product Availability

The products presented on our website www.nuancesdelaine.fr are offered while stocks last. In case of unavailability of an ordered item, we will inform you by email as soon as possible. You will then have the choice between waiting for a restock or requesting a refund of the amount paid.

Article 8 – Fast and Secure Delivery

Your order will be shipped by Colissimo within 2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link allowing you to follow the progress of your package as well as an SMS. Shipping is free for orders over 80 euros. In case of a delivery delay, we will inform you and do everything possible to find a solution. For any questions, our customer service is at your disposal. Nuances de Laine cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers such as Colissimo or Chronopost. In accordance with Article 133-7 of the Commercial Code, the carrier is liable in case of loss, damage or delivery delay. We will do everything we can to assist you in case of any problems.

Article 9 – Legal Guarantee

All our products benefit from the legal warranties provided by the Consumer Code. In case of non-conformity or hidden defects, you can return the product within 14 days of receipt. For any return request, please contact us by email at [email protected] with a copy of your invoice. Return costs are your responsibility. Due to their handcrafted nature, our products may have slight variations and imperfections that are inherent to their unique character and do not alter their quality in any way. These characteristics are typical of artisanal work and add to the authenticity of our products. The warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper use, accident or shock, natural wear and tear, or alteration due to external factors (humidity, chemicals, etc.). Accidental breakage of pearls or stones, as well as snags, are not covered by the warranty.

Article 10 – Limitation of Liability

The products offered by Nuances de Laine comply with current French legislation. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the product ordered is authorized for import and use in their country of residence. Nuances de Laine cannot be held liable for damages caused by misuse of the product, incorrect installation, normal wear and tear or force majeure. We also decline any responsibility for any malfunctions related to the use of the Internet.

Article 11 – Applicable Language and Law

This contract is drawn up in the French language. In the event of any dispute concerning the interpretation or execution hereof, only the French text shall prevail. This contract is governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the French courts.

Article 12 – Protection of Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the website www.nuancesdelaine.fr is protected by intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, representation, modification, distribution, adaptation, in whole or in part, of any element of the site is strictly prohibited.
